The Ramki AAC Blocks facility operates with high-capacity autoclave machines that undertake precise, high-pressure steam curing, a key process for producing strong and lightweight AAC blocks. Using a sophisticated blend of natural raw materials—sand, lime, cement, and water—combined with advanced automation, the plant consistently delivers uniform and high-quality building materials.
We are large-scale setup, the manufacturing plant is capable of producing nearly 50 truckloads of AAC blocks every day. Efficient material handling systems, batch mixers, and automated moulding lines enhance productivity and reduce manual intervention, minimizing errors and ensuring reliability in every batch.
The facility houses a modern laboratory where in-house testing of every batch is routine.
